THE SPIRIT OF TOLERANT INDIA

'Unity in Diversity' which makes India a model of tolerance on globe or is it mere  a concept of making others believe that how great we are as a nation and it is made crammed to us right from the second standard in social science class ? The whole idea of being united in this diverse nation revolves around the idea of nation.

The Idea Of Nation

There can be different beliefs of nation but one basic formula which makes it  holistic is basic understanding and respecting each other's differences. A nation is not complex algorithm but a place where each and everyone gets love and  respect for their own beliefs. I am the lucky one who has felt that feel of living in harmony. 

What exactly the tolerance is.

In the whole debate of intolerance in which the only point in the news debate is 'who said who'?

The ground reality is very much different from the story running on fake tweets on prime time news. So here I will tell you my side of story whether our nation is tolerant or not. For this let me drive you to the capital of our country. I went to GURUDWARA SISHGANJ SAHIB at Delhi last summer and there I got my answers about my idea of nation.

After offering our prayers in gurudwara, me and my brother sat on the first floor of gurudwara where we can see the crowded capital and meanwhile I also discovered there was a small mosque in the neighbourhood of gurudwara where the evening azzan was being offered and at the same time there were prayers in gurudwara on loudspeakers as well but the best part was none of the voice was overpowering each other. Each decibel of both religious voice was audible and it was a blissful feeling the spiritual environment in the capital space and this is the real tolerance my potential reader which makes us nation and this incident also reminded me the Indian panellists debates on growing intolerance who probably needs to learn tolerance first.

This is the very own spirit of India which binds us in a culture of oneness despite having differences where we have place for each and everyone in its core. So it becomes our duty to preserve our culture of  acceptance and take it to zenith. Isn't it?
